If you intend to continue studying at the University of Rostock in the coming semester, re-registration is required. Payment of the current semester fee is regarded as re-registration. 

Payment of the semester fee (re-registration) always takes place in the following periods: 

• Re-registration for the winter semester:
  01. - 30. June; Extension period unitl 15. July.
• Re-registration for the summer semester:
  02. January - 01. February; Extension period until 15. February.
